Returns

Most of our products are made-to-order, thus, we cannot accept returns and all sales are final. 

Cancellation 

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours or 2 days of confirmation.

For cancellation within this specified period, we'll process the refund in 3 working days and the amount should be credited to your account in 10-12 days. Please note, it may take longer depending on your bank. 

After this period i.e. 48 hours after placing the order, the production process starts and we will not be able to accept cancellation or issue a refund of the deposit paid. 

Replacement (defects)

All deliveries are insured and in case an item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch within 3 days of receiving the rug and send us clear pictures of the issue and we'll replace the rug after a review at no extra cost within 7-10 days of confirmation.
